Our way of working: DEODO's general terms and conditions.
1. General
1.1 Accessibility: The easiest way to contact us is at https://deoss.co/en/contact-us, deosseros@gmail.com, Facebook Messenger or Instagram Direct Message.
2. Acceptance and your rights as a customer.
2.1 These Terms apply if you place an order with DEODO or if you authorize DEODO to debit your bank account for the amount of the order.
2.2 Shipping: After ordering and payment, the order will be delivered within 2 to 7 working days after delivery to the post office.
2.3 If there is any inconvenience with the product, whether it is effectiveness or any other problem for the customer, he/she will be entitled to a full refund. Such problem and refund will have to be informed and requested in writing to the address deosseros@gmail.com, by direct message on Instagram or Facebook Messenger.
2.4 Of course, we do our best to make sure that everything meets your expectations. If something has not gone as you expected, we will resolve it as soon as possible. If your order has not arrived in good condition, we will send you a replacement package.
2.5 If we cannot fix the problem you want to return, we will refund the purchase amount as soon as possible, but always within 14 days after our written confirmation of return.
3. Our offers and pricing
3.1 Validity: If our offer has a limited period of validity or certain conditions and is always subject to change without prior notice.
3.2 Description: We make every effort to describe any offer as accurately as possible and to ensure that our images are as accurate as possible so that you can make an informed decision. However, we cannot be held responsible for any errors made. The offer always includes the price including VAT.
4. General Data Protection Regulation
We record your data in our central file. This is in order to be able to inform you about new developments with DEODO. We hereby comply with the rules of the General Data Protection Regulation. We only share personal data with third parties for order processing or for limited marketing applications as stated in our privacy policy. 5. Liability
5.1 DEODO warrants that the products we provide are fit for the purpose for which they are intended based on the information provided by DEODO and ensures that the products comply with any legal obligations and other governmental regulations that apply to that purpose.
5.2 DEODO guarantees that the products and services it supplies are produced and supplied with respect for humans, animals and the environment.
5.3 DEODO's liability (other than product liability) is limited to direct damages and to the amount of the net invoice value of the product. DEODO is not liable for any consequential damages.
6. Applicable law and competent court
All agreements are governed exclusively by Spanish law. All disputes shall be settled exclusively by the competent Spanish court.
